Placing an order on www.crysobel.com is simple and safe. Browse through our collection and once you have made your decision, click on the “Add to Jewelry Box” button and include the quantity of the item in the “Quantity” box. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. The final transaction takes place at the end of the checkout process when you are required to provide your credit card number.

We accept credit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard.
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within California. Shipments to addresses outside of California are tax-free.
Unfortunately we currently do not accept international orders. We can only accept orders for shipment to addresses within the United States.
We ship all our items from San Francisco, CA. We use UPS for all our shipments.
We keep our shipping rates very simple. The following charges apply for each address within the 48 contiguous*

We ship all items within 2 business days, unless they are backordered. If your items are backordered, we will contact you with further details on the timing of your shipment.

It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange your item or provide you with a prompt and courteous refund if the item has not been worn, is in saleable condition and is postmarked within 14 days from date of receipt.
